1. Is there a physical store in Bangladesh?

PC Legit Games Shop BD is an online store. We currently do not have a physical store.


2. Where can I find the most recent promotions and discounts?

You may visit our 'Facebook Page' for the most recent promotions, discounts, updates and gaming-related news.

3. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

All online purchases must pass through our verification process. This usually takes 5-30 minutes for a code/key and 5-60 minutes for a store purchase. Customers will be notified of the delivery of their purchase via Facebook message once the order has been completed.


4. I have bought the wrong keys or Store Purchase. What should I do now?

We are unable to issue a refund for the order once the key/purchase has been delivered. You can try to resell it to others this time and place the correct order.


5. Am I able to sell my products here?

We are not interested in purchasing from an unknown person at this time. You can write to us at pc.legit.gsbd@gmail.com if you would like to become our supplier.


6. My code does not work/Invalid code. What should I do now?

As we are unable to test-redeem each code provided by the supplier prior to order delivery, kindly try the following steps if you encounter a problem redeeming your code/Key :

▪️ Using another web browser to redeem (Internet Explorer / Google Chrome / Mozilla Firefox / Opera Mini)

▪️ Clear your browser's cache and cookies. Then try to redeem once more.

▪️ Check for typo or spelling mistakes (0 = O ; 1 = l ; 2 = Z ; 4 = A ; 5 = S ; 8 = B)

If all the attempts above are unsuccessful, please file a report and attach the three screenshots (full, unedited) required in JPEG format by emailing to pc.legit.gsbd@gmail.com :

▪️ Error message is shown when redeeming the code

▪️ Your respective account transaction history

Once we have received the screenshots as requested above, we will be happy to forward the case to the merchant. We will notify you via Facebook message once we have received any updates on this matter. We thank you for your patience and understanding. The problem will take anywhere from 15 minutes to 3 days to resolve.


7. I received a used Code/Key. What should I do now?

If you receive a used key, you must notify us within 1 hour of purchase.

We're sorry to hear you received a used Code/Key. We'll gladly forward the case to the supplier. Before we do so, we'd like you to provide any additional information or screenshots that confirm what happened. This will expedite the process and provide the merchant with a clear picture of the situation.

Beware of providing false information regarding the issue. If the code is associated with a specific account, the account will be permanently closed/banned with the assistance of official supplier.
